So it is that time of year again... time for a good ole' fashioned cleanse!! I am going to start off with my liver by using natural home remedies for 3 days. Once that is finished, I will move on to a once-a-week fast. I have decided to choose Monday as my day fasting. Generally, I am a pretty healthy person, but I have never officially done an actual "Detox" regiment. So this will be new for me, and I'm pretty stoked about it! I will do an evaluation of my current self, and let you know if I notice any changes from this experiment. I'm sure my cells will thank me later. Happy cleansing! :)

Heading to the in-law's house this weekend for a little "better late than never" Holiday gift exchange. It will be great to see them again, and the dog will enjoy having her puppy partner in crime by her side. I hope you all have a marvelous weekend!! -Lorel
"Healthiness is Happiness" is what I discovered about 13 years ago after deciding to change my diet and lifestyle. This website I found online today is offering great advice for finding a healthier happier you! A series of 3 hellpful videos can be found here for a limited time only. Many people ask me how I did it or what the hardest part is, and I think this guy does a great job summarizing his experience, challenges, and benefits of his lifestyle change. Spreading the word. Much love- Lorel “Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that.”
― Martin Luther King Jr., A Testament of Hope: The Essential Writings and Speeches of Martin Luther King, Jr. I hope that his words will live on for many generations to come! Please read up on some of his well-crafted words that can move mountains. I learned a lot about MLK Jr. in an African American History class I took in college, and it forever changed my perspective. Never forget the real leaders of this country, the few that rose above because they believed in something greater than themselves. -Lorel Photography Friends :)
Hey everyone!! I haven't been online in a while, because we have been playing "ketchup" from our holiday travels. I hope everyone is staying warm this year!! We hit a small blizzard in Indiana over Christmas, and now another cold front is crossing the country. Brrr. I was also one of several thousands to catch some sort of bug this cold/flu season. I am all healed up and back to normal again, which is refreshing. I will be doing another artist shout out this week, so stay tuned for my next group of featured artists!!!!
