Yesterday I had the amazing opportunity to meet Judy Curry and attend her free yoga teacher training on Connected Warriors. It was so great to do another teacher training, and it was even better knowing that it was for a great cause. Connected Warriors is an charitable organization that helps offer FREE yoga classes to Veterans and their families. Connected Warriors is working it's way around the country to help provide a place for vets and their families to practice yoga a few times a week. As a military spouse myself, I can see how these services can greatly benefit military families nationwide.
The teacher training I attended yesterday was just wonderful. Judy was really kind, knowledgeable and professional. It was so fun and I learned a lot of helpful information that can be applied to my everyday teaching as well. I am looking forward to working with Connected Warriors and hopefully starting up a class in my next location for veterans and their families.

Hey everyone!! I have made several changes on my site to clean it up and get things working properly. I updated my teaching status, added some pictures, and changed tiny details on the layout. Please feel free to leave a comment and tell me what you think!! I would love to hear your input!! What is something you would like to see on my site that isn't already posted? What is your favorite section of the website?? Does it flow easily and keep you interested?? Please share your thoughts! Thank you in advance and have a great weekend!!!
This morning I woke up with an angry lower back and tight hip flexors, so I did a quick search on youtube for a good hip opening class and stumbled upon this lovely teacher. I really enjoyed her teaching style!! If you feel like you need a basic hip opening class to get things back into alignment, then please check out her video. As always, be mindful of your body and only go as far as your body allows for today. Enjoy and Namaste.
