Technology On The Rise

Well hello everyone. This is my first blog entry from my phone, so please excuse the typos that might make their way through. I will admit that this Samsung Galaxy is pretty nifty. Lately I have been simplifying & wanting to withdraw from virtual communication more than usual. I think this new phone might provide a new perspective on that.  Aside from my shiny new gadget, there was another great highlight to my day...  the BEACH! Today we had great weather, and a quick swim at sunset warmed my soul. I was inspired to start meditating at this newly discovered location. Tomorrow morning will be my first session, and I am excited to explore this meditative calling. What is your calling this week? Have you set your intentions for the week?
